Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.
Once hair has been processed, fulfilled, packaged, or shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Hair purchased using "In Store Pickup" is not able to be cancelled once the hair is opened, altered, cut or colored.

Pre-order and custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
