Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our hair extensions. Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, all sales are final once the hair has been opened, used, or altered in any way. Exchanges are not accepted at this time.

Returns are only accepted within 10 days of tracked delivery and must meet the following conditions:

  • Hair must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds; refunds are expected within 7 Business days of return delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking. Proof of delivery may be required for refund.

  • Once returned, all items will be inspected upon receipt. If the hair has been opened, used, or switched out, the return will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

  • Returns require a YFSreturn Number, please send a  email Yourfavsalon@gmail.com or text message to (407) 305-9218 to receive a YFSreturn Number and write this number on the outside of your package. Returns are to be shipped to Your Favorite Extensions 1235 N Orange Ave #201 Orlando, Fl 32804
